Hacienda Bambusa captivated me with its amazing views and the fine gardens that surround the hotel. The unique experience of enjoying breakfast with a view of the mountains was a highlight. Although the access road could be improved for guest comfort, the attentive staff made my stay really good.

The hotel offers an array of activities like hiking, which we enjoyed as a family. Watching the sunrise from our Junior Suite was an unforgettable experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly, making us feel right at home during our stay with our two adult kids.

In my wife’s opinion, more child-friendly dining options would be great.
